I can't believe how far behind I am in posting pics of completed customer quilts. I really need to do better. I'll try to get caught up over the next few days. This quilt is one that I recently finished custom quilting for a customer. It measures 88" x 88" and is made with traditional log cabin blocks that are sashed with stars setting them off. I really like how the custom quilting adds some wow factor to it.

This is a wall hanging that I custom quilted for a customer of an old Singer sewing machine. It's a very unique piece for her to hang in her sewing room.

This is a wall hanging that I custom quilted for a customer. He drew the irises in the center block and then pieced the borders around it. Irises are my favorite flower, so I enjoyed working on this one!

This quilt is one that I custom quilted for a customer as a gift to her granddaughter. The customer embroidered the blocks on her embroidery machine and then pieces them all together. Very girly looking!

😃

A customer brought me this quilt top to quilt for her as a gift to her adult son. It's her first quilt and she did a great job piecing it together. There are baseball prints scattered throughout it as she said he plays and really likes it.

This colorful quilt is one that I recently finished custom quilting for a customer as a gift for her granddaughter. The prairie points around the border give it a nice 3D aspect as well.

Here's a quilt that I finished quilting for a customer as a graduation present for her grandson. She asked for simple horizontal lines of quilting across it, which I think looks really nice on it so it doesn't detract from her subject.

The customer brought me this quilt top and the colored areas are all paper pieced. And this is her FIRST quilt! Much more ambitious than MY first quilt was! I custom quilted it, all freehand. Those large open spaces really gave me some nice areas to show off the quilting.

Here's a t-shirt quilt that I made for a friend of mine, Tracy. We've known each other since we were both 12, and he was my best man at my wedding. The t-shirts are mostly rock concerts and blues festivals that he's been to over the years. I had a few left over so I used those on the back. Pretty cool remembrance quilt for him.

Here are some pics of a customer's quilt that I quilted for her recently. This quilt was made by her grandmother many years ago, and is commonly called a "string" quilt, since slivers of fabric are sewn together to make blocks, which are then sewn together. It had originally been quilted by tying yarn knots spaced apart. The customer deconstructed it and brought it to me for machine quilting so that it will hold up better for the future. I really like this vintage look!

Here's a modern looking quilt that I recently finished custom quilting for a customer. The fabrics are "shot cottons", which are a lighter weight weave of fabric, commonly used for lighter summertime quilts. I like the colors in this, purple, green, and orange is always a good combination.

Here are some pics of a red & white quilt that I recently finished custom quilting for a customer. I liked having all of those large open white areas, they really show the quilting nicely. And this quilt is 4" x 44", so very tiny pieces. The smallest pieces measure 1/2" x 1/2" and her piecing is perfection.

As usual, I'm way behind in posting pics of completed customer quilts! So here's one that I recently finished custom quilting for a customer. Red, white, and blue, very patriotic!

Here are some pics of a customer's quilt that I recently finished custom quilting for her. It has a Fall theme to it with lots of applique on it. Lots of details to look at!

Here's some pics of a baby quilt that I recently finished quilting for a customer. Her pieced top has a very modern look to it, so I quilted it using simple horizontal straight line quilting.
