Below are pics of a customer's quilt that I finished quilting for her
today. It measures 47" x 62" and is all applique except for the
borders. I enjoy quilting for her because her applique work is always
superbly done.

Irises mean Spring is coming...
I finished quilting this customer's quilt top
this evening. I think it turned out really nice looking. It measures
72" x 88", and made out of batik fabrics with the irises appliqued on.

On the longarm today....
Here's a pic of what I'm quilting on this
morning. A customer made the top and I'm quilting it for her. The
pattern is called a Bull's Eye quilt and has raw edge circles on it so
that it frays up nicely after being washed. I'm just doing a meander
quilting on the background, and then a circular meander on the circles
themselves. I really like the "cabin" look of these style quilts, I
need to make one for myself.

The Roman Stone Quilt
I finished quilting a customer's quilt last night that I call, for lack of a better name, the Roman Stone Quilt. I had to sit and ponder for a while how I was
going to quilt it, but after I got started on it when a mental plan in
mind, it went well and I was really pleased with how it turned out. I
love the texture that the quilting gives it. Hope she likes it, too!

A quilt for me.
I spent some time over my Christmas vacation working on a quilt for
myself and finished it today. It's king size at 103" square and uses a
block pattern called Disappearing Hour Glass by the Missouri Star Quilt
Company. I made it using several lines of William Morris inspired
fabrics and then quilted it on my longarm. I'm pleased with how it
turned out, a good way to start the new year!
