Here are some photos of a customer's quilt that I recently finished custom quilting for them.  It's a traditional Irish chain pattern alternated with pieced blocks.  Each pieced block is different from the others, so I quilted each of those based on the design of the block elements.  So I had to pause and think about each one before quilting it to get a mental idea of what I was going to do.  I enjoy that, it let's the artist in me be creative with what comes to mind.

A customer brought me some shirts that had belonged to her recently deceased father and asked if I could make a dozen memory pillows out of them for her to give to family members.  I thought it was a great idea and below is the finished product.  This was a joint effort with my wife, Melissa, helping me.  I helped chop up the shirts and she then pieced the tops.  I then quilted the tops and made the backs from the button up shirt fronts to make an enclosure that can unbuttoned down the back to remove the pillow form for washing if need be.   I really like how they turned out and she loved them.

Here's a couple of photos of a customer quilt that I just finished custom quilting for her, all done freehand.  She machine embroidered the butterflies in the white blocks and then pieced them together into the top.  The large colored blocks was a good place to do some nice feather quilting.

Here's a couple of photos of a quilt that I recently finished quilting for a customer. It's made from French period reproduction fabrics by the designer, French General. Red and white quilts are always beautiful.

Here's a couple of photos of a customer's quilt that I recently finished quilting for her. It's a "string" quilt, so named for the narrow strips if fabric making up the blocks. The lime greens, purples/pinks, and blacks/greys really work well together.

A t-shirt quilt that we recently finished making for a customer.  She's worked at Arkansas Children's Hospital for many years and these are some t-shirts that she's collected from there over the years.
