Below are some pics of a customer's quilt that I recently finished quilting for her. It's based on a pattern called "In Full Bloom" by McKenna Ryan which uses fused applique. It is, of course, custom quilted and essentially was an exercise in thread painting. I used 13 different colors of thread in quilting it, so was changing threads quite often as I worked my way down the quilt. The photos of the back show the density of the quilting better. I think it turned out very nice, hope she likes it, too!
