Below are some photos of a customer's quilt that I recently finished quilting and binding for her. In case you can't tell, she likes purple!

I entered my "More Than Friends" quilt in the Hot Springs Area Quilt Guild's biannual show this weekend and won the Best of Show award for it (it also won First Place in it's category). I was very pleased and honored. :) My wife, Melissa, also won a First Place ribbon for her "Dragonfly Dance" wall hanging in the category that she entered. The other quilt that I entered, "Midnight Garden", took an Honorable Mention ribbon as well. We spent the day there at the show looking at all of the great quilts and shopping the vendors. A fun day!

Here are some pic's of a customer's bulls eye quilt that I recently finished quilting for her. I like doing these style of quilts as they have a lot of texture with the raw edges of the bulls eye circles. I'm thinking that I want to make one of these for myself, just got to find some time to do it.

Below are some photos of a customer's quilt that I recently finished custom quilting for her. It's pretty large at 94" x 110", and I free-handed all the quilting in it. Her borders are beautifully done needle-turned applique, and she said that she designed the borders to fit her quilt from various ideas she saw on the internet. I think it turned out to be a beautiful quilt.
