I entered my "More Than Friends" quilt in the Hot Springs Area Quilt Guild's biannual show this weekend and won the Best of Show award for it (it also won First Place in it's category). I was very pleased and honored. :) My wife, Melissa, also won a First Place ribbon for her "Dragonfly Dance" wall hanging in the category that she entered. The other quilt that I entered, "Midnight Garden", took an Honorable Mention ribbon as well. We spent the day there at the show looking at all of the great quilts and shopping the vendors. A fun day!
