I finished up the quilting of this customer's quilt today. It's a very traditional style quilt and she wanted feathered wreath's in the white spaces, so I obliged. smile emoticon It measures 92" x 92", so is a nice size quilt. I like how it turned out, and enjoyed being able to get creative with the multiple border areas. The photos of the back show the texture well.

Working on quilting some feather wreaths on a customer quilt this evening. I like how it's looking.

I'm 2nd VP of my local county quilt guild and am in charge of getting together the 2016 raffle quilt for the guild. Below is how it looks so far - I still need to add some borders to it, though, which will be in fall colors of some sort to give the overall quilt an "autumnal" look. The members of the guild sewed the blocks from kits that I provided, so this is a large collaborative effort. I think it's going to make a really nice looking quilt and should finish at about 100" x 120" or so. So be saving your dollars to purchase chances on this one!

Here's a couple of pics of a quilt that my wife, Melissa, made that I quilted for her. Yes, she has her own live-in quilter. :)  She made this for our daughter's boyfriend whose birthday is next month.

Here's a couple of pics of a customer's quilt that I finished quilting for her today. I like the color palette of this quilt, black is always a color that makes other colors pop in a quilt.

We went to the Hot Springs Area Quilt Guild's annual quilt show this afternoon to see the quilts and shop the vendors. Although I hadn't entered any of my own quilts in the show, there were 4 quilts entered there that were quilted by me. One of them won 1st place.  :)  The top was made by Helen Matthews and is a stunning quilt. I'm glad I got to be a part of making it with her by quilting it.
